- Chia seeds – ¼ cup
- Coconut milk – ½ cup
- Desiccated coconut – ½ cup
- Honey – to taste
- Melted dark chocolate – for pouring over or stirring in
Instructions
Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, shredded coconut, and honey in a bowl.
Stir well and let stand for 10–15 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator) until the texture becomes thick and smooth.
Stir lightly again before serving.
Pour over the melted dark chocolate or gently mix it in.
Tips
- If you want more chocolate flavor → add a little cocoa powder to the mixture.
- For an extra smooth texture → puree the mixture in a blender before it sets.
- Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
